CONFERENCE REGISTRATION INFORMATION
TWO-DAY REGISTRATION: Includes all conference materials, access to exhibition hall, enjoyment of refreshments throughout the conference, luncheon, evening social hour, and Keynote luncheon. Registration fee: $200.
I-DAY REGISTRATION: Includes above benefits for the specified day. Registration fee: $100.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS: The following room rates are guaranteed until Monday, November 10, 2008. Each individual may make their reservations by calling PHONE 1-800-325-4000 identify yourself as members of NORFMA.
Single Occupancy: $86.00 Online reservation is also possible. Here is how:
Double Occupancy: $101.00
Additional Person: $15.00.
1. Go to www.redlion.com, click on “Other search options” located at the lower right of the page.
2. Complete Section 1-4 on the reservation screen [Make sure if you only have one person in the room, you select one person – the number of guests defaults to two].
3. Section 4 – Click on the button next to Special Rates, select the box for Group/Convention Code and enter in the booking code of NFMA1117.
4. Select the red button named selected your hotel.
5. All available room types and your Group/Convention Code will be displayed. After you select your preferred room type you will have an opportunity to enter any special requests you may have. Each reservation requires a credit card to reserve the room and receive a confirmation.
6. Please print your confirmation and bring with you to present at check in. Please note the 24 hours cancellation policy to avoid charges on your credit card.
